Database search: Database search is a reliable tool for finding and placing entry- and mid-level specialists. Currently, the PowerPact HR Consulting database contains information on over 7,000 bilingual choice professionals. Elements of the Targeted Selected Technique are used during the interviews with applicants. This technique is applied to fill short notice requirements. Minimum requirements to the candidates to be entered to the database include: a college degree, professional experience within successful companies from 2 years, possessing knowledge of international business standards, bi- or trilingual, and with excellent recommendations.

Search through international and local universities: To fill vacancies where young specialists are needed, PowerPact HR Consulting contacts international and local leading universities to find people with higher education or MBA diploma, competent to contribute their fresh, innovative view into your company progress.

Advertising: When the Client chooses to place ads through PowerPact, the company can draft, design and place ads on Client's behalf at popular and professional newspapers and magazines in Kyiv and other regions of Ukraine. Our Clients can enjoy advertising discount PowerPact has with publications and media sources.
