- Assistant working with BU Manager:  travel arrangement, tickets/hotels booking, visa arrangement)  calendar sharing, management and planning  reports preparation (financial, time-sheets)  vacation and sick leaves management as well as Insurance process  personal assistant when required

Assistance and control office memo process (free goods for promotions, events): creation, signatures, finance approval, goods order, ware-house confirmation, write-off, reporting. - Translation of the documents and correspondence that is sent from and to the Company;

- Preparation of contracts with affiliated companies which refer to the marketing services - Control of requirements of industrial sanitary, occupational health and safety, as well as internal labour bylaws.

- Supervising the organization and provision of team meetings (timing, location) - Planned business trips arrangement for all department members (transport and hotel accomodation), when required by Business executive

- Events organization (team-buildings, trainings, business meetings, working sessions in/outside office, business dinners etc.)

- Communication between PR and BU (manage InfoNest articles connected to BU, PR-inform letters information, WEB-site information about BU update and control)

- Communication between HR and BU (vacation days control and planning, personal development, updates when needed, insurance cards and info providing)
