An international company - the official manufacturer and distributor of home appliances, one of the market leaders in the top 10 of the world's most famous brands.

1. Develop categories on the market. Provide growth of sales and profitability.

2. Detail and align locally corporate category strategy

3. Long and short term business planning of responsible categories

4. Communicate and negotiate with head quarter on the future strategy and assortment

5. Break-down local category assortment strategy to channels

6. Plan, budget and coordinate all category specific activities

7. Track and review implementation of category strategy

8. P&L responsibility for the category

9. Launch management: launch new products

10. Constant Assortment optimization

11. Annual forecasting

12. Analyze GFK research data and provide with advices on category development

13. Meet together with sales department with KA customers and negotiate on development of responsible category

14. Create and provide sales with all necessary supportive materials before negotiations with customer 


Education: Commercial education bachelor or master degree

Experience (Type): Minimum of 3 years experience in sales or product management, or category management in consumer goods/electronics; experiences in budgeting, business planning processes.

industry knowledge (preferably);

product knowledge (preferably);

good communication skills in English and/or German
