• Completing marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, controlling the work results.
• Developing the list of duties for staff and distributing areas of responsibilities, monitor the success.
• Lead on a number of strategic projects including making improvements to processes and ways of working across the department.
• Work as part of the marketing team and carry out work as reasonably requested by the Head of Marketing.
• Coordinate all public relations activities.
• Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics.
• Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media.
• Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media.
• Create content for press releases, product articles and keynote presentations.
• Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.
• Build relationships with thought opinion leaders to grow industry awareness.
• Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.
• Preparing and editing the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programmers.
• Organize events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours. 
• Maintain and update information on the organisation’s website.
• Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.


• Higher education in marketing/PR.
• 5+ years of experience on the position of Marketing and PR Manager, preferably in the automotive area.
• Proactive individual with strong leadership skills, proven ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Expert knowledge of marketing functions, best practice and key trends.
• Experience in acting as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in both broadcast and print media interviews.
• Strong relationships with industry journalists and media representatives.
• Proven excellent copywriting and editing skills, including the effective use of appropriate style and tone in a range of contexts.
• A creative instinct, both in developing campaigns and in constantly evaluating how we work in order to improve processes.
• Well disciplined.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• High literacy (English, Ukrainian, Russian).
