Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
Managing the redesign, improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website.
Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.
Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Collaborate with digital agencies and create compelling, innovative digital experiences and custom content that drive engagement and awareness.
Work with the rest of the marketing team to gather all campaign details, promotions and creative; ensure all campaigns go live in an accurate and timely manner.
Higher education in marketing or a related field
2+ Years of working experience in digital marketing
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Photoshop)
Working at international company
Employment according to the Labor Code of Ukraine
