Multinational company, one of the world's leaders in production and sale of home appliances and the largest manufacturer of home appliances in Europe


- Wholesale / Distribution


Account management 
  • Active on-site IT support of corporate, regional and local business projects and requests (e.g. D2C,   Contract Management, Digital office, eSignature etc.)
  • „First point of contact” for local business to global IT organization
  • Collect, coordinate and respond to general business enquiries, requests or escalation and place them with the responsible parties in IT
  • Reporting on local and global IT to local management


Portfolio management
  • First-level support for local IT solutions and Business Managed Applications
  • Demand collection, clarification and communication for region (country)
  • Monitor and report the IT demand portfolio for region (country)
  • Tracking and report regional demands, projects and dashboards, escalate in case of gaps


Business administration
  • Responsibility for IT costs and investments budget; planning, monitoring and reporting.
  • Primary and secondary IT cost calculation, charging and accounting
  • Investment and budgeting, fixed assets handling


Digital security
  • Supervision of data security and access rights management
  • User awareness and control of IT security according to global IT risk and security policy
  • Security audits, incidents handling and fixing


  • 3 year experience on similar position
  • Entrepreneurial and innovative thinking to improve Business processes with IT solutions
  • A broad understanding of IT Landscape, Products, Networks/Servers and Service level monitoring
  • Process & Quality management, design and optimization
  • Usage of Service request and tracking tool (UIT, Jira)
  • Knowledge in MSOffice, Office 365, eDocs, Digital signatures
  • English upper intermediate level
  • 1С, SAP skills would be welcome
