Responsibilities:

  • Management of the Logistics Team (50+ employees) in order to ensure the high quality of all Sales and Order Processes;
  • Providing excellent Sales Support with the entire team (Construction, Mining, Agriculture Equipment, Power Systems);
  • Logistics and Customs Clearance process control;
  • Forming of budget on logistics, analyse and manage of logistics costs;
  • Provide inventory control measures;
  • Оganize and coordinate the company's logistic and warehousing processes;
  • Provide analysis, planning, organization, coordination and management (including organization of control of the fulfilment) of the enterprise's logistic processes;
  • Control the correctness and timelines of the fulfilment of the tasks set up to the employees of the department;
  • Carry on negotiations with transport companies;
  • Determine the indicators and control the efficiency of the delivery of the products;
  • Optimize the cost and efficiency of the logistic operations of the enterprise;
  • Coordinate financial streams related to the logistic processes;
  • Organize processing of the transportation and accompanying documentation;
  • Perform monitoring and price formation of the transportation tariff.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management;
  • Fluent English;
  • Expertise in transportation, warehousing, certification, customs clearance processes and inventory planning;
  • Positive mindset and systemic thinking;
  • Supporting change management principles;
  • Proactive approach;
  • Keeping leadership, coaching role in a team;
  • Focusing on preventive measures instead of reacting to the problem as it happens;
  • Persistence in getting to the target.
