  • Processing Dealer orders for P&A:
  1. receiving;
  2. processing;
  3. follow up the picking up from warehouse etc.;
  4. preparation of necessary documents (shipment invoice, etc) in MICROSOFT DYNAMICS NAV;
  5. payment control.
  • P&A order placement & follow up:
  1. Order preparation & placement to suppliers (local & abroad);
  2. Support in preparation of necessary documents for parts import (incl. translation etc.);
  3. Follow up the (1) transit and (2) warehouse acceptance.
  • P&A demand analysis;
  • Follow up the Dealer requests (P&A related):
  1. Parts Catalogue related;
  2. Parts Quality related;
  3. Delivery related.
  • Executing of other duty orders of the Line Manager.


  • Minimum work experience on the relevant or similar position (Parts Manager at automotive Dealer or Distributor) - 2 years.


  • Knowledge of vehicles (good level);
  • Knowledge of the work principles of Car Dealers and Service Shops (basic level);
  • Knowledge of spare parts logistics (basic level);
  • Knowledge of spare parts and accessories catalogue (good level).

Skills and capabilities:

  • Good Technical skills (vehicle, spare parts, car repair);
  • Good Communication skills;
  • Experienced PC user (Microsoft Office, Email, Internet, On-Line communication apps (Teams, Zoom, etc); ERP (Microsoft DYNAMICS NAV; 1C; etc.);
  • English language (Pre-Intermediate level as min).
